Charles Ray Nash
July 12, 1934 - March 2, 2006

Charles Ray Nash passed away at his Washoe Medical Center Hospital in Nevada on March 2, 2006 because of kidney failure. He was born in Yuma, Arizona on July 12, 1934. Charles attended California School for the Deaf in Berkeley and graduated. He was first President 1985 and member of the Sacramento Valley Angling and Camping Club of the Deaf for 21 years. Charles was skilled craftsman and wood worker. He enjoyed his life and loved camping and fishing.

Charles will be remembered as a vibrant, lovable, and courageous man who was devoted to his family. He was well-known and well-loved for his big heart, ingenious, mind, sense of humor, hearty laugh, and kindness. Charles’ endearing presence will be missed greatly.

Left to celebrate Charles’ legacy of love: his wife Margaret, his children, step children, his 1 sister in law Shirley, 2 brothers, Bill and Frank and also survived by numerous 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
